As per the Gazette Notification published on 07/07/2011 issued by
the Ministry of Human Resource Development (Department of School
Education and Literacy), the Central Government in exercise of powers
conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 30 of the NCTE Act has
superseded the Council (NCTE) for a period of six months, the Appeal
Committee Meeting which is scheduled to be held from 11th to 14th July 2011
in NCTE Headquarters, New Delhi, is hereby postponed till further order. The
next date of Appeal Committee Meeting will be intimated as soon as it will be
finalized. The same will also be uploaded on the NCTE website.
All the institutions are hereby informed that they are not required to
visit to NCTE Headquarters, New Delhi for attending the above said meeting
on the date and time mentioned in the notice as well as on the NCTE website.
The inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted.
