State government has announced that there will be 3 lakh teachers will be recruited on the basis of this TET exam.
Application form for Bihar TET exam 2011 will be available from 11.07.2011 to 23.07.2011.
Date of form submit – 28.07.2011 to 06.08.2011
The application is available in office of District Education Officer in each district of Bihar only. For get application you have to submit Rs. 100/-( Rs. 50/- for SC/ST) in cash to office of DEO.
The exam may be conduct in month of August 2011.
The application form will be sell in 20 places in each district. Application form will be sell in District education office, SDO office, and high schools.
Application should be submitted in same district from where you purchased the application from.
Eligibility for apply to Bihar TET exam 2011
(1) For Primary School Teacher (Class 1 to 5)
(A) Intermediate with minimum 50% marks for primary school teacher. No any appearing candidate would be consider for TET exam. Some marks relaxation has provided for diploma in education / D.Ed. or equivalent degree. Please consult the office of DEO.
(B) For the non-Bihari candidates, they should have two year diploma in education / D.Ed. or equivalent degree for apply to primary school teacher TET exam.
© 5% marks relaxation for SC/ST/Woman/Disabled.
(2) For Middle School Teacher (Class 6 to 8 )
(A) Graduate (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com/Alim/Shashtri or equivalent with minimum 50% marks for middle school teacher. Candidate should have completed degree before apply for TET. No any appearing candidate would be consider for TET exam.Some marks relaxation has provided for diploma in education / D.Ed. or equivalent degree. Please consult the office of DEO.
(B) BCA/B.E./B.Tech or any other technical degree holder are not allowable for apply to this exam.
© For the non-Bihari candidates, they should have two year diploma in education / D.Ed. /one year B.Ed. /two year B.Ed. /B.A.Ed./ B.Sc.Ed or equivalent degree for apply to primary school teacher TET exam.
(D) 5% marks relaxation for SC/ST/Woman/Disabled.
Note - (a) If you have less then 50% marks in Inter and more then 50% marks in graduation then you are eligible for apply for middle school teacher test only. You can not apply for TET for primary school teacher in this case. Remember, 50% marks or above in Inter is must for apply for primary school teacher TET. You can not apply for primary teacher school teacher TET even if you are P.Hd. holder but you have not 50% marks minimum in Inter.
(b) If you have 50% or above marks in graduation then your intermediate low or high marks does not matter to apply for TET middle school teacher. In that case you can apply for TET for middle school teacher.
© Any general candidate without B.Ed. degree or equivalent can apply for this test. But, this facility is allowable for Bihar residents candidates only. If those candidates is selected for teacher then that candidate have to pass 2 year diploma in education course or 1 year B.Ed course within time period of 5 years .
(d) No any document as caste certificate/resident certificate/ mark sheet/ degree certificate etc. is required for apply for this exam. You have to apply in just a single OMR sheet. Application form is available in only District Education Offices of Bihar. Don’t purchase any application from market.
Age Bar- As on 17.07.2011
General Male and Female – 37 years
OBC Male and Female – 40 years
EBC Male and Female – 40 years
SC/ST Male and Female – 42 years.
There are no any age relaxations for ex- service man or job experienced etc. Age relaxation is based on caste only.
Salary of recruited teacher would be based on pay scale as Assistant teacher.
