Note: Number of seats may increase, and exact number shall be displayed on the date of counseling.
Procedure of Admission:
Interested candidates should apply, in the prescribed form, along with application fees of Rs. 500/-, and requisite documents, to the Department, on or before 18-8-2011 (09’30 AM).
All the vacant seats shall be filled through respective category (AIC/HG/SC/BC/PH, etc), giving first priority to the candidates who had qualified the “on-line test”, conducted by the HSCS, strictly in the order of merit. Further, in case candidate(s) from the respective category are not available, these seats will be allowed to be converted into Haryana General Category, on the spot (amongst from the candidates who have qualified the “on-line test”, conducted by the HSCS.
In case candidates from “on-line test” are not available, these seats shall be filled, strictly in the order of merit, on the basis of merit obtained in the qualifying examination, viz., 10 + 2, taking the marks of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology, into consideration. In case of tie, preference shall be given to the candidate senior in age.
Candidates shall have to produce the requisite documents ( 3 sets of attested copies + Originals ) at the time of counseling. Upon offer of seat, the candidate shall have to deposit the requisite fees of Rs.23,130 approx. + 1000 late fees, immediately, and submit the receipt of the same to the department.
