Availability of Application Forms: The application forms can be purchased from the university counters of downloaded from the web site www.gust.ac.in
How to Apply: The candidate can directly for admission, along with the completed application form, all certificate and required fee, in the office of the department of Physiotherapy. However, those who have already applied and appeared/not appeared in the entrance test need not apply again but they can still report for admission in the department with necessary fee and documents.
Last Date: Please note that the last date of admission is 30.08.2011 and the admission will be given on ‘First Come, First Serve’ basis on all working days between 9.00 A.M and 5.00 P.M till the last date.
