Availiablity of Prospectus: SDB Admission Prospects 2011-12 containing Application form can be obtained from the institute on any working day by paying Rs. 50 for General Category & Rs 25 for reserved category.
How to Apply: Admission application form completely filled may be submitted by hand or can be sent by post to the Principal, Govt Polytechnic for Women Morni Distt Panchkula upto 29-8-2011 for CE and 30-8-11 for HM.
Candidates must bring 3 sets of attested copies of all the relevant documents(10th class, 12th class, domicile certificate, medical certificate, caste certificate etc), 3 passport size photographs, all original certificates and Rs. 1500/- as Security Fee (Refundable), Rs 1000/ as Mess security (Refundable who wishes to join mess) and Rs 40/- as identity card fee at the time of counseling. Candidates must be present at the time of counseling.
Note: Admission will be made on first-come-first-basis on the basis of their merit in the eligibility class.
