Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar invites applications on prescribed format from eligible and interested candidates for filling up of vacant/left over seats for admission to MCA 1st year for the session 2011-12.
Course Offered:
MCA 1st Year
Basis of Admission: The admission against vacant/ leftover seat shall be made on the basis of LET (MCA) 2011 merit as per respective category.
Availability of Application Forms: Application form can be downloaded from university website www.gjust.ac.in.
Application Form Submission/ Admission Process: The candidates required to deposit duly filled in application forms in lab no 108 (Ground Floor) of Teaching Block-VI up to 5.oo pm on 29.08.2011 along with processing fee f Rs. 1000/- in the form of Demand
Draft (DD) in favour of Registrar, GJUS&T, Hisar payable at Hisar (Haryana) or University cash receipt (non refundable).
The admitted candidates required to deposit fee of 22110/- in cash on the spot. In case candidates having OLET (MCA) 2011 score are not available then admission will be made on academic merit (only qualifying degree) basis.
The counseling will held on teaching block- 6as pr the schedule mention below.

For all categories against vacant seats after Conversion in to AIC/HOGC category on the basis of OLET (MCA) 2011 score. This will be followed by admission on the basis of academic merit for vacant seats (if any)
Note: The candidates must report at venue of the counseling in person along with all original documents, original certificates of medical fitness, 3 sets of attested photocopies of all documents including proof of category, gap year certificate, affidavit (if any) as per HSCS guidelines.
