ANNOUNCEMENT
HCS (JUDICIAL BRANCH) PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION-2011
It is announced for the general information of the candidates who have applied in
response to Advertisement No. 03 published on 21st June, 2011 in various News Papers, that
the HCS (Judicial Branch) Preliminary Examination-2010 will be held on 04th September,
2011 at Panchkula & Chandigarh. Admit Cards will be dispatched from 15th August, 2011 to
19th August, 2011 to the individual candidate. If any candidate does not receive his/her Admit
Card upto 1st September, 2011, he/she may contact the Commission’s office personally on 2nd
and 3rd September, 2011 during the office hours for duplicate Admit Card. It is made clear
that admission to this Examination is provisional and subject to the eligibility and correctness
of facts submitted by the candidates in their application forms.
The Candidates who find any error i.e. wrong entry of Name, Category, Date of Birth
etc. in their Admit Cards, may contact the Commission’s office on 2nd and 3rd September,
2011 for necessary rectifications.
Note:- A Physically Handicapped (Partially Blind) candidate who wants the help of scribe for writing his/her paper may apply to the Commission for seeking permission of having a scribe atleast 10 days before the commencement of the Preliminary Examination. No such permission will granted by the Centre Supervisor in the Examination Hall.
