[postlink]https://alertstrial.blogspot.com/2011/07/blog-post_01.html[/postlink]सरकार ने आज देश के 22 लाख आंगनवाड़ी कर्मियों के मानदेय को दोगुना करने का निर्णय किया है जो ग्रामीण भारत के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य, पोषण और बाल सेवाओं को अमलीजामा पहनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती हैं।

प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह की अध्यक्षता में आर्थिक मामलों पर मंत्रिमंडल समिति की बैठक में आंगनवाड़ी कर्मियों को दिए जा रहे मानदेय को 1500 रूपए प्रति माह से बढ़ा कर 3,000 हजार करने को मंजूरी दी गई। कैबिनेट की बैठक
के बाद पेट्रोलियम मंत्री एस जयपाल रेड्डी ने संवाददाताओं से कहा कि अद्र्ध आंगनवाड़ी कर्मियों को समन्वित बाल विकास सेवा (आईसीडीएस) के तहत अब 750 रूपए प्रतिमाह के स्थान पर 500 रूपए प्रतिमाह मानदेय दिया जाएगा।

उन्होंने कहा कि सीसीईए ने योजनाओं को बेहतर ढंग से लागू करने के लिए महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय की ओर से जरूरी होने पर परिचालन संबंधी बदलाव करने को मंजूरी प्रदान की।

रेड्डी ने कहा कि इस पर अमल के लिए 3,479.83 करोड़ के अनुमानित अतिरिक्त राशि की जरूरत होगी। केंद्र की जवाबदेही 90 प्रतिशत बनती है जो अनुमानित 3,131.85 करोड़ रूपए होती है।

आंगनवाड़ी कर्मियों का मानदेय हुआ दोगुना

[postlink]https://alertstrial.blogspot.com/2011/07/blog-post_3000.html[/postlink]मंगलवार की रात अध्यापक यूनियन द्वारा जलालाबाद में किए जागो मार्च के दौरान हिरासत में लिए दो दर्जन अध्यापकों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद यूनियन सदस्यों में आक्रोश की लहर फैल गई हैं। रोष स्वरूप ईजीएस टीचर्स यूनियन ने शेखूपुर डाइट में संघर्ष को और तीखा करते हुए डाइट का मुकम्मल बायकाट किया। इस मौके सभी सदस्यों ने पहले डाइट के बाहर और बाद में डीसी कार्यालय के समक्ष पंजाब सरकार के विरुद्ध जमकर नारेबाजी की और अपने साथियों की रिहाई की मांग उठाई।

जिला उपाध्यक्ष
मदन लाल ने बताया कि मंगलवार की रात जलालाबाद में उनकी यूनियन के सदस्यों की ओर से पंजाब सरकार एवं शिक्षामंत्री के विरुद्ध किए जा रहे जागो मार्च के दौरान दो दर्जन से अधिक अध्यापकों को पुलिस की ओर से जेलों में बंद कर दिया गया। उन्होंने सरकार को चेतावनी दी कि यदि सरकार ने अध्यापकों को रिहा न किया तो संघर्ष को और तीव्र किया जएगा। उन्होंने जलालाबाद में गिरफ्तार किए ईजीएस अध्यापकों को तुरंत रिहा करने, 29 जुलाई तक कोर्स पूरा करवाकर स्कूलों में भेजे जाने का नोटिफिकेशन जारी करने, डबल लेक्चर प्रणाली के जरिए लेक्चर पूरे करवाए जाने का आदेश जारी करने, गैर कानूनी ढंग से खोले गए निजी संस्थानों को बंद करने की मांग की। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि यदि उक्त मांगों को सरकार ने गंभीरता से न लिया तो संघर्ष को और तेज किया जाएगा। इस पर मौके अनोख सिंह, चन्ना सिंह भी उपस्थित थे।

गिरफ्तार साथियों की रिहाई व योग्यता टेस्ट रद्द करने की मांग
